About Huether Family Match Pointe
The construction of a community indoor tennis center had been in the works since 2007. The project began with seven people and many volunteers with a grass roots vision to provide our under-served metro area with a tennis facility that would serve the community. Located at the Sanford Sports Complex, Huether Family Match Pointe opened its doors in the spring of 2015. It is the first and only public, non-profit tennis facility in the area. No memberships are required and everyone is welcome to play our courts and participate in our diverse programming.
With six indoor hard courts, state of the art LED lighting, locker rooms, and a spectacular viewing/social area, Huether Family Match Pointe was named as one of the top twelve facilities in the country by the USTA. Huether Family Match Pointe is also the home of the South Dakota Tennis Hall of Fame.
